Spoto Recovers $350,000 For Victim of Motor Vehicle Accident

HDP Enterprises was scheduled to proceed to trial before State Supreme Court Justice Evelyn Frazee when a settlement was reached with the defendant's insurance carrier.

R-GRTA, Index No. 12258/01, Justice Robert J. Lunn, Supreme Court, Monroe County).
